The art of Acro Dance
Where the grace of dance meets the power of acrobatics — flowing in and out of each other with seamless precision.
Acro dance blends the technique and expression of dance with the strength and control of acrobatics. Movements flow between the two disciplines so routines feel continuous rather than separated into dance and tricks. Training focuses on strong foundations, flexibility, balance and body control. Skills are developed progressively and safely, allowing dancers to build both technical ability and performance quality as they grow.
The result is beautiful: a dancer flows into an acrobatic skill — an elbow stand, a walkover, a handstand — and flows straight back out of it into choreography.
Trained safely, progressed properly. All acro skills are developed on hard floor with specialist training aids — giving every child the tools to advance with confidence and without risk.
